    Couldn't be happier with the service and responsiveness. I'd been having problems with my AC all summer, doing minor repairs to keep it limping along, and getting other companies to come out was such a hassle. I read some reviews of A Best Air and decided to give them a call. That turned out to be a great decision. They answered my call right away and even had a rep come out the same day. I could barely get other companies on the phone, and even fewer still to call me back. So glad I found A Best Air! Thanks so much!

    My tech was suppose to come out between 5 & 7pm. I got a call at 5:07 saying Shawn was on his way. He showed up looked it over. Told me what needed to be done and how much. When I said I can't afford it he said let him see what we can do since we have small kids. Fixed the unit & saved $140

    Fantastic service, truly impressed. My upstairs unit started having a hard time Friday evening. When looking around I found the reviews here and gave them a call. They scheduled an appt for 8-11 Saturday. Kent was very knowledgeable and professional. Rates were reasonable. It is a great feeling to know good companies still exist. This place truly is the best.

    Great service and professional staff. The heat went out in our downstairs unit and A Best Air & Heat came out and replaced a few parts. The actual issue turned out to be a faulty control board, so they came out the next day and replaced it. They gave me a credit on the first repair and applied it towards the second, saving me money. Very satisfied with the service!

    I called at 2am on Saturday Night and they arrived for the service call at 10am on SUNDAY!! The service was great and the prices turned out to be fair. The owner was very responsive and offered to handle any issues personally. Overall, the service tech was great and knowledgeable and showed me great ways to keep my ac unit running effectively. A Best Air is a quality company and i fully expect to use them for annual maintenence contracts moving forward.

    Another satisfied customer in BA. I called at 7AM on Saturday morning and talked to a person (not an automated service) who told me a tech would be out later that afternoon between 10 and 2.When Kenny(the owner) arrived, I explained that even though my AC was working it wasnt blowing very cold air and therefore was running almost nonstop even at night. He looked at my unit and took the time to explain what the problem was. I noticed a difference immediately and it only got better over the next couple days. Fast service, reasonable cost, available on weekends - wouldnt think of calling anyone else.

    They ARE the Best! Called Sunday evening, was given a choice of 2 hour time frame, and technician was here by 9am Monday, preceded by phone call notification. Half hour later, and the part was replaced and A/C was back in business -- thankfully with these triple digit temperatures! Shane was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions. The cost was very reasonable and the service contract in particular will give me peace of mind. All around great experience - would not hesitate to call again.

    Thank you A Best! Answered the phone at 9pm on a Saturday, here before 11am Sunday - a/c fixed in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend to anyone needing air conditioner fixed in this 100 degree Oklahoma weather!

    These guys are the best around. I needed a new AC unit in my house ASAP because I have a son with a serious medical condition. Everyone else told me they couldn't do it until almost a week later, but these guys had it in the same day and at a price that couldn't be beat. Kenny was very knowledgable and explained everything to me in a way that made sense and was as nice as could be. These guys have a customer for life!!! I have recommended themt o friends and family since and they have treated them just as great. Thanks A Best!
